Hi, what do i answer for that question in Naturalisation application?

“ Name in which you made the application”

Is that my name or the application i made previously like PR or Naturalisation back in 2015-2016?

Ur given name at the time not the type of application or kind of application. The question would clearly state that.
People change names for various reasons hence the question.
