Hi,
I am filing my citizenship application online. The online application has a section where I have to submit details of my two referees, which I did already.
However at the end of my online application, the page where it lists all the documents required, it again asks to upload referee declaration. Can anyone please guide what does it mean by referee declaration when I have already submitted my referee details in online form already.
In case its a form where I have to take my referees's signatures, where can I find these forms ??
Regards,
Sania
You are confusing two things:
1. Giving your referee details in your application form
2. Submitting the actual form your referees need to sign
No 1. is done when you fill in the application form, No.2 is done later. It's up to you to download the form and send to your referees for them to sign. Then you upload the signed forms with the rest of your supporting documents.
You'll see a link to the checklist to all supporting documents you need to upload, including the referee forms, once you have paid and submitted your application. The thing is, this list does not show up immediately. You have to log out, then login again; and then you will see the checklist.
