Yes mention UK Address.chosenaik wrote:Hello Lynx, thank you so much! In the form, I will select "Completing on behalf of some one else", am I correct? As my daughter is only a few months old. Also, in the form where it asks what is you address, and what is your Country of Permanent Residence, should I give my UK address and state UK i.e. this is where my daughter will come an live? Or should I give my Pakistan address and state Pakistan which is where she currently is? We will apply for my daughter's passport once she comes to UK.
Thank you so much! I initially applied for my daughter's visit and I was asked to withdraw the application i.e. as my daughter is entitled to a Long terms stay visit and not a short term. So I really want to make sure no mistakes are made and be able to be with my daughter!
Also Read the required documents are listed in the schedule under "The Immigration (Certificate of Entitlement to Right of Abode in the United Kingdom) Regulations 2006" and enclose it with the template below with your application.
