Right of Abode - Consent Letter

Hi there,

Can any one provide a template of the "Letter of consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s)" for the Right of Abode application?

Consent Example. Replace “Emergency travel document” with “Certificate of Entitlement to the Right of Abode”, etc. Amend as appropriate.
