UKVCAS appointment cost

Hi,
I was asked to book an appointment to process my daughter's citizenship application. When I checked the appointments at all the locations cost 132 GBP. Should I wait for a free slot to appear or it's always this price?

There are free appointments which are released (if I remember correctly) at 9am every day.
