WIFE's CITIZENSHIP

Post by saljav » Tue Nov 11, 2014 11:51 pm

Hi All,

My wife came to UK around 4 years ago ( 25th sept, 2010) on Tier1 dependant visa. We both got indefinite visa last year ( 18 Sep, 2013).
I belive i am now eligible to apply for citizenship. Can you please advise if my wife is as well.

Another question is that my wife gave IELTS exam in 2008 , will it be still acceptable in her application this year?

Thanks in advance,

vinny

She is ineligible until 25 Sept 2015, unless you are granted citizenship first.
