british nationality act 1981 (remedial) order 2019 Has been published as came into force 25 July 2019.
I want to apply for registration under section 4C. Where do I go from here? Do I wait for changes to be made to application forms to be made or apply with good character not applicable?
I’ve been waiting a long time for this to come through.

I very sorry cr001 I am not used to using such Services as this forum apologies if I have offended you.
I am wishing to register under section 4C of 1981 BNA being born to a British mother before 1983 outside the United Kingdom. I have been a permanent resident in the U.K. since 1975.
Now that the 1981 BNA Remedial Order 2019 has come into force I wish to register my right to apply without being assessed with good character judgment. Home have published the Statutory Instrument 1164 but no instructions for application other than the old format application form. I wonder if they will change the form?
