BRP and baby

hello,
1. me and my wife got married here after our Biometric Residence Permits were issued (Tier 2 General). Do we need a replacement BRP?

2. our baby son was born here in the UK.
Is the form we need to apply for him this one:
PBS (dependant) version 11/10?

3. will we need to bring our baby to the home office?
