September 23, I created an application for BRP.
On October 8, I received an email from my home office in which my biometric residence permit (BRP) will be received by courier within 7 business days. Reference: 1245
I did not deliver my BRP after 7 days. I reported this to the Home Office.
After that, the Home Office reported that my BRP was delivered on October 11th.
DX Service reported that my BRP was delivered on 11/10/2019 at 12:37 and was signed.
But I didn’t get anything.
I didn’t sign anything, nobody who lived didn’t sign anything.
The delivery company notifies me that if I do not receive the goods, they will offer you to contact the Ministry of the Interior and conduct an investigation.
10/30/2019 I reported that my BRP was lost and created a new application Ref:2345.
I ordered a super priority service but I did not receive a decision on the application 2345.
On November 6 I received a letter from the home office that they found my BRP upon application. Link: 1234 and sent it to me at the university.
Can I cancel my new statement Ref: 1234 and ask rufund because it costs a lot?
Is BRP Ref:2345 not blocked
