BRP Not arrived in post office

BRP Not arrived in post office

Hi

I applied outside UK for Skilled Worked Visa and reached UK recently

Visited post office to collect BRP but only my child BRP is ready to collect but both myself and my wife BRP not arrived to post office yet

Post office provided me email address BRPCollection@homeoffice.gsl.gov.uk. to lodge this matter to home office but this email address is not working

However, I lodged complaint in online with Gov.UK Report a problem for BRP collection

Shall anyone in the same situation? How do we report this to Home Office in any other way or different email addresses? How long they take to issue BRP?

They migrated off gsi domains a while ago. Try BRPCollection@homeoffice.gov.uk if you haven't received a response within 5 working days through the form?

The above not working email address could be
BRPCollection@homeoffice.gov.uk
You may want to try that.
Other option is to lodge complaint and this you have done already.
