Hi,
My application was approved over a month and a half ago; they sent me my BRP but it came with a mistake, they added an "s" to my given name, I immediately reported it trough the website given and got no response; waited 7 working days (I was told that there should be a response in 5 working days) and re-did the replacement application; got a reply from that second attempt and received a new BRP; but it came with the exact same mistake!
I reported it again waited 7 working days and no response, reported it again 5 working days ago but there is no response yet!
I have triple checked my application and it is not a mistake I made, and by looking at the correspondence, it is clear that at some point someone added the letter to my name and it just stuck.
I urgently need to have my BRP but the only way I have found to report it is via the online application I keep doing and either not getting a response or getting a replacement with the same mistake.
Is there any other way I can contact the BRP team to clarify this problem?
