BRP stolen while abroad Urgent

Hi,

I am currently abroad and my BRP is stolen, I have reported to UKBA and they have cancelled my visa and asked me to apply for single entry visa.

My question is how many days I have after reporting stolen visa to apply for single entry visa.? I am sorting out documents passport etc it may take more than a month to apply for single entry visa, will that be a problem?
