brp as supporting document not returned

i applied as tier 2 dependent and got my brp on 22nd january. i also got all the documents except the original brp of my husband which i submitted as supporting document. when i contacted brp delivery office i was told to go to

the above website n request for return of documents .has anyone experienced this ?
