Business Bank Acount Statement as Maintenance of Funds

Hi all

I am the only director of my company and planning to apply for my wife as Tier 1 Dependent. Can I use my business/company bank statements as maintenance of funds?

My personal account was short in balance last month that's why I am thinking for this option.

I don’t think U can use your business bank statements as evidence for your maintenance funds even though u are a director and complete share holder.
Because, the statements should mention your name on it, but as far as I’m concerned in my business bank statements, my company name is mentioned followed by the address and would have all the company logo etc.
As, per the HO guidance the statements should mention your name and other details which are mandatory.
