Business epansion and work permit guidance needed

I am a uk resident and we have a small business which we are planning to expand, we have seen a potential candidate who is currently in India who we are planning to employ to help us begin our expansion.

What do i have to do inorder for me to sponsor him to come hear and work for me?

Fill in a WP1 form, prove the job is a skilled one, the applicant has the skills/experience required, your company is established and trading in the UK and that you cannot find anyone from the European Economic Area to do that job.
