share experience do we need to do the same studies business or it can be any thing as long as we produce jobs for settled uk people

yours suggests will help lot of us

Better to have something similar to field of study and experience as if you get call from interview than you will be able to answer and explain yourself better than you have right qualification and experience for the business you want to do.
