Business Travel on Expiring Ancestral

Hi All,

I joined here because everyone seems very helpful and I have a big problem with my current Visa Situation.

I have less than 3 months left on my Ancestral VISA, but can only apply for my ILR 28 days before it expires (1/2/2012)).

I have been offered a great promotion to travel around Europe with my company but need to travel on the 26th January 2012, however I am am unable to apply for a Shenghen as have less than 3 months left on my current UK Visa.

It would be very much appreciated if anyone knows a way around this...
