Business Visa Enquiry - Speeding offence

Hi,

I lived in the UK for a period of 5 years, during which I held a UK licence. I received 2 (or 3?) penalty points on my driving licence once, because of overspeeding. This have already been taken off as its been more than 4 years now. I am now re-applying for a UK visa as I am haven’t been permanently based in UK for a while. In the form there are 2 fields for offences, one is “driving offences” & the other is “Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN)”. I wonder if I need to declare these on form and if so, under which category?

I also wonder if these would adversely effect my visa prospects substantially?
