Business Visa to enter Australia

Hi,

I have a Business Visa with me. This Visa was processed from my previous organization.

Now, I am very interested to work in Australia. I need work permit.
I wanted to know whether I can travel to Australia using the Business Visa, attend interviews, etc and get work permit.

Is it possible for me to travel to Australia with this Visa.
