Calculating Adequate Maintenance ILR

Post by md3 » Sun Feb 07, 2021 3:40 pm

Looking for current rates to calculate maintenance for ILR I see that Income Support is now replaced by Universal credit. Using figures found here https://www.gov.uk/universal-credit/what-youll-get the result seems to be almost the same, so they should be used?

I believe I saw that a child was defined as under 20 years old if in full time education. Can anyone confirm that?

I assume if it is preferred to use only savings then an adequate figure must be used divided by 52 to provide Total Income A which after deducting Total Housing cost B must be higher than Total "Income Support" C?

I think it is talking about family income support mentioned in the guidance.

See current rate https://www.rightsnet.org.uk/resources/ ... me_support
