How do you know he is misplacing the mail? If the postman is putting it in the wrong house then ok but if the mail isn't getting to you then it's usually because of the sorting office and not the postman. Likewise with what you mean by not delivering on time?

Some times we are geeting out mail from the neighbour,s houses and some time after too many days.that, the reason I m worried, when the home office will send me a letter I might not get it on time .

Is the home office is sending call letter again (if the first one lost in post or some where else)and what is the time limit to send them passport after receving call in letter.

Thanks
