Calling Doncaster

Post by santunup » Tue Jul 19, 2005 11:48 am

Hi guys,
Its been a month since they have received my application and have communicated me with the reference number.
When do u think it would be wise enough to call them and find the current status? Does calling them cause any harm to the decission made?

There is no harm in contacting the HSMP Team.
Send them an e-mail asking the status of your application. Dont forget to mention your name, reference number and date of birth. E-mails are taking approx. 2-3 days to be answered. Or you can call them on this number: 044 114 2591894 and they will give you an answer right away. But you have to be persistent, the phone is always busy.

You can check the operational service standards here: http://www.workingintheuk.gov.uk/workin ... dards.html

Good Luck!
