Post by shahionline » Thu Feb 27, 2014 9:23 pm

Hi
I am sending my appeal form against HO for oral hearing but I don't have any representative now, can I request later to Tribunal for adding my representative If I got one? Thank you in advance for valuable comments

@ shahionline, yes you can appoint a representative before your appeal hearing date. You just need to send a letter to the tribunal giving detail of the representative and your file will be updated.

Your refusal points and your level of confidence will determine if you actually need a solicitor or not.

There are lots of people who have gone for the appeal on their own with well prepared appeal bundle and witness statement and they have a successful hearing.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.
