Can anyone help me about the Exceptional Circumstances

i stay in india alone in the house owned by my father. but my farther is expired.. and my mother is in UK now she is citizen of UK.. she came here 1 and half year before.. she left me back in UK as i had my exams.. and even from wen she has left me i have been ill for many times from time to time.. i m mailny and wholly dependent on her, and i dnt have anyone in my home country to look after me... i have been ill for for most of the time since my mother left me.. blood pressure probs and fevers andd all,... can this be my compationate circumstances... i even have steel plates in my leg..
