Can anyone help with this US immigration question ?

I am English by bitrh, 30, work as an IT consultant, hold a bachelors degree and would really love to live in the USA.

I have family that live there, cousins, uncles and aunts who are US citizens and also my grandad who is a US citizen too.

What would be my first steps in living in the US ???
