Can I apply for a second Tier 1 Extension

Post by knigh7 » Thu Nov 03, 2011 10:12 am

Hi,

I have been on HSMP (after JR) then an extension on Tier 1. I Can apply for ILR but we can not produce evidence of cohabitation for two years for my wife.

Can I just apply for another extension myself and her my dependent?, is this a wise move, then apply for ILR next year when I have two years worth of cohabitation evidence?

Thanks,

Under current rules, you may apply for as many extensions you wish to.

Thank you, that might be a better way, do you know if they would require evidence of cohabitation? or just the marriage certificate?
