can i bring my dependent in this case

i applied to extend for tier 4 student visa in April 2014 and still waiting for HO response ..i m in UK from last 3 years.On this visa that i applied my study is just for a year and i want to go my country after extend my visa and wants to get married to bring my dependent..is it enough time so i can bring my dependent here and what are the requirements to bring dependent according to new rules of U K B A.can anybody reply me please with their valuable advise please.

What course you will apply for? If you are not studying a Level 7 course with an HEI then you can't bring your dependent

my course level is QCF/NQF level 7 and my course title is diploma in strategic management and leadership but this course is just for 1 year and still i m waiting for HO response for my application.i applied with my ielts on 7th April 2014 because my visa was finished 20th April 2014.Give me your helpful advise please if my course and duration is enough to bring my dependent here please.my college is not in suspended list of college.

Assuming that you doing you diploma from a private college , the answer is NO

to bring your dependent:

Level 7 or above course
12 months or more, duration of course not visa
HTS institute
HEI institute

Private colleges are HTS but not HEI
