can capita enforce you to deportation.

hi guys,
my friend have applied with flr(o). before his visa expired and he got acknowledgement and biometric from home office.after a 2 months dey replied back saying he have sent it after the visa have expired which is false as he have post office reciept. and from that time dey have problems accepting that he have applied with in time.and after sending back documents twice to his immigration aid unit they have contacted capita which he said the same facts and now they are scaring him that if you dnt go back(as capita have contacted home office and dey have said dthere is no application in process we have to inform police /enforcement officers and all.i just want to know from anyone plz that are they able to contact his work place and detain him from his house.appreciate help from any one who know whats going plz.thanks
