Hi

Recently i came to UK with ICT visa and because of project cancelation my company is asking me to come back and work from offshore. Is it possible to change the company from UK without going to india.

Yes, if you can find a new employer who is willing to sponsor your employment and provide you with a CoS to enable you to make an application for leave to remain as a Tier 2 (General) migrant .. before your Tier 2 (ICT) leave expires.
