Can a child travel to India without Tier 1G dependent visa.

Hi,

I need some expert opinion.

I am on Tier 1 General visa. My wife is on dependent visa and I haven't yet applied for a visa for my 6 month old child (born in UK). Due to some emergency my wife needs to travel to India next week.

1) Can my child also travel with my wife on her trip to India.

2) I was thinking if it's possible for my child to travel along with my wife then can we apply for child's dependent visa from India
