Can I combine SEGS and WP for ILR

All,

In janaury 07, I was issued 1yr SEGS visa which i later converted to WP before the expiry date. I have since extended my WP under tier 2.

My question is- Can i include time spent under SEGS towards my required 5yrs stay before qualifying for ILR (if the rule stays as it is). If i could, it means 1 will be eligible by january 2012 otherwise my WP +Tier 2 will complete by Nov. 2012.

Please advice.

as far as i know SEGS can not be included for satisfying ILR requirements of 5 years stay (unless you are covered under the HSMP judicial review).
