Can i come back?

Post by evan2all » Sat Jan 03, 2009 5:24 pm

Hello

I have a valid student visa till 31st JAN 2009. I got this visa from 21st SEP 2006. I went as student at HOLBORN COLLEGE and completed one semester and then for some personal reason i come back to my country on 21st FEB 2007 and never went back to UK.

recently i contacted with my college they sent me one clearance with recommendation letter that i can still continue from 9th feb 2009 and complete my graduation.

Now should i come back with my current visa? will it be a problem? or should i take a extension and contact with my country embassy?

please let me know as soon as possible.

Thanks

I think that you would be better applying from your home country, because you appear to have been out of the UK for almost 2 years. You would not be able to show progress on your course to get an extension in th UK easily.
