hi
a case was refused because student attached her husbands bank statement and letter of consent as well. Husband also applied as dependent at the same time. I know one more same case who was granted visa but in this case they refused. can anyone help with argument. in their country husband is leagal guardian by law.

U need to Show a letter from the court stating that your under ur husband guardianship then only Homeoffice will gonna accept.
