Can Earning Claim be of 11 Months intead of 12 Months

Hi,

I have a vey simple question. Can I claim 11 consecutive months of earning instead of 12 months of the last 15 months?

If I apply in March 2010 would the last 15 months be from Dec 08 to Feb 09 or Jan 09 to Mar 09. Just want to know that if someone is applying in March 2010 e.g. 15th March 2010 then what would be constituted as last 15 months.

Your guidance would be highly appreciated.

yes 11 consecutive months is fine. for applications in March 2010 the 15 month period will be Dec08 to Feb 09

Yes you can....!!! My friends did that..!! She claimed only for 7 months and still got the visa

I am bit confused here. I am planning to apply on 15 the Mar 2010 and want to claim points for the last 12 Months i.e. Feb-2010 to May-2009. Can I do so? or it should be from Feb-2009 to May-2008.
Please help me to clarify this doubt.

May09 to Feb 10 is fine for march 10
