Can I Eligible for Green Card in Ireland?

Hi,

I have student visa in ireland, but i was still working in IT Related firm in ireland since last 8 months as a part time employee. I have Masters Degree in IT from Pakistan government recognized university.

My Irish Firm is agree to give me the 32K Euro Annual net salary.

Can I Eligible for Green card in Ireland or not, please reply
