Can we enquire from the FTT about the outcome ?

Hi dear members !
It's been about 3 weeks of my court hearing in FTT. Just wanted to ask if there is any telephone service from first tear Tribunal to enquire about the outcome of the hearing, if there is any. I don't want to completely rely on my solicitor as they often forget to inform on time. Please guide, thanks
