Can HSMP dependant enter into uK while primary applicant stays back at home country due to their one month baby.

HSMP initial approval, both got Entry clearance.

it should be the other way around...the main applicant first then dependant follows or both of you go the UK together.

Use your common sense .....

U probably will not be detected in first instance. But the problem come when U r about to extend your HSMP LTR.

How could U reach the threshold points 75 for extensions if you stay/work in your home country ?????. Your income must be taxable in the UK to be able to gain point on income category.

Remember, it is U and not your depandant need to prove that U reach the threshold points.
