Can I Apply for the India Young Professionals Scheme Visa While on a Post-Study Work Visa (PSW)

Hi everyone,

I’m currently in the UK on a Post-Study Work (PSW) visa and I’m interested in applying for the India Young Professionals Scheme visa through the ballot system.

I have a couple of questions:

Am I eligible to apply for the India Young Professionals Scheme visa while on a PSW visa?

If selected in the ballot, can I switch from my current PSW visa to the India Young Professionals Scheme visa from within the UK, or would I need to leave and apply from India?

If anyone has experience or knowledge about this, I’d really appreciate your guidance!
