Can my ICT be renewed?

Can my ICT be renewed?

I have been here work permit since Jan 2007 which has been renewed twice and is currently valid until Nov 2012.
The current visa is now an ICT.
Will I be permitted to renew this when it expires?
I have read that ICT is only allowed a max of 5 years and I have now been here for 5 years or does only apply to the last from Apr 2010?
