Can i immigrate to australia or nz as a beauty therapist??

I was lead to believe that beauty therapist were on the skilled immigration list for australia
I have found this is not the case and need some help.

Is there other ways of immigrateing and do i still get points for being qualified in this trade i am finding it all a bit confusing Pleaseeee help me : :?
