Can an Indian origin dual national apply oci or pio?

Hi,

This is a general question, can a person of Indian origin with UK and Swiss nationality (dual nationality) apply for OCI or PIO card?

why not?
just use one of the nationalities, preferably the country where you you reside, for the purpose of OCI application.
