can i leave to my country..

hi

i got student visa till the end of this may and i will apply for extension as my course will not be completed by that time. but now in an emergency i need to go to my country and will be back by the second week of april.will there be any problem when i apply for an extension as if i leave uk within three months of my visa expires .and do i need to get any letter from the university to submit at the imigration check.

No Problem. I did it. Visa valid till Jan 2010. I went home country in Dec 2009.

It is better if you take a letter from ur univ because when u come back from home the immigration officer will ask you different questions..so dont take any risk
