Can I leave sec. 4 completely blank?

Can I leave sec. 4 completely blank?

I have plenty of points to spare, and don't intend to claim any for section 4 ('achievement in chosen field'). Is it ok to leave this completely blank and take my zero points, or does that make me look like I haven't achieved anything?

if you not claiming points for it then you didnt have to fill it in, and you dont have to score points in all of the fields

I left it completely blanked it doesnt matter, however overall i scored above 65 without it.
