Ty govorish po-russki, Richard66?
Nor "entrain" in place of "en train" as well as other literals or typos, nor the mixture of the second-person familiar/singular and the second-person polite/plural, nor the use of the third person singular conjugation of the verb "prendre" after the imperative...Richard66 wrote:Some of us speak 7 languages but don't brag about it. I do not know about the particular rules for PR, but for ILR, you can only lose your ILR (generally speaking) if you spend two or more consecutive years outside the UK. I do not think the UK would have any (major) issues with you having French permanent residency (but don't quote me on it!), as you can state that your wife is French and you applied for the PR card (as the spouse of a French citizen) as you would like to visit/live there every so often and would like to avoid the need to apply for a visa every time. Even then, however, I cannot really see why it would be a problem. For the French authorities - I have no idea.
You would, on the other hand, find a problem naturalising as a British citizen, as you would have spent too much time outside the UK (and most likely the French PR would then be a problem, as it is an indication that you cannot demonstrate that the UK will be your main home, etc). This might also be the case if you were to apply for French citizenship. On this basis alone, I think you would have to choose where you wish to call your country of permanent residence.
Sakura, except for the PR being in his passport, how would the UK know if had PR for France. I don't believe the UK has access to Schnegen let alone each country's database as to each person's resident permit status.sakura wrote:Yes, I can try to answer your question.joelondon wrote:hey guys thanks for all the informations based on the french course![]()
