Can Maintenance funds be shown from company account?

Can Maintenance funds be shown from company account?

Hi All,
I am having a company and I am the sole director of my company. I would like to know whether I can show my maintenance funds from the company account?

Unfortunately you can not. The funds must be in your personal account.

That means even if your company has £9999999999999 in the bank and even if you are the sole shareholder, sole director and sole employee, you are still not eligible on that basis. This is not a joke, by the way.
