Hello

i have ILR since apr 2008 in legacy and i have been living in UK since apr 2000, can i apply for citizenship, and i have got two son's (8,9)they have born in UK so can i apply for them as well.

any help would be appreciated

i am sorry to say but i could not find any details regarding my case, if you can guide me wheather i can apply for citizenship, i dont have ILR for more than 3 years. but on internet i have seen as if i am living in the UK for more than 5 years and if i have ILR for more than 1 year i can apply for citizenship, but i am confuse wheather i should go for it or not?
