CAN A NON EEA FAMILY MEMBER OF AN EEA NATIONAL WORK IN EU?

I am a non eea family member (spouse) of an eea national. I am about securing (hopefully) a job which would require extensive work and travel in the uk and hungary.

My question is do i need to apply for a work permit/ visa to take up employment in hungary? or would my rc do just fine?

If travelling without the EEA national - a work permit would be needed in the respective non-UK countries.
