Can not have PSW due to course deferred

Hi,

I have done my masters course from University of Kent, which is supposed to be complete before my visa expiry, that is 15 January 2021. But I have got a course deferred which does not require any teaching and I can submit it from back home. Also, the University will give me the result for my deferred course in September 2022.

So, because of all this I am not able to apply for PSW (Graduate route). Can someone help me here in, how to convince my university to give me the result before my visa expires or should I apply for FLR or anything that helps and I can get the PSW.

Neither of these are possible or reasonable.

I advise you concentrate on the Skilled worker visa instead, after you have received your result in September 2022.

What if I take admission in some other course and get to live in the UK on a new visa, until my result for the current course comes in Sep2022. Would I be eligible to apply for a PSW after that in September?

You need to check that with your current university. It is they who would need to notify the Home Office that you are eligible to apply.

Can I talk to my University straight forwardly that I am taking this new course just to pass time until my current course's result?

It does not work that way. You need to be on the same visa that you used to finish your course.

Appendix Graduate doesn't exactly put it like that, but the sponsor might view it that way. Hence I think OP needs their input.

In fact, I don't even think OP can apply for the new Student visa due to academic progress requirement ST 14.1.

That para prevents them from applying for "permission to stay" (i.e. an extension within the UK), but they can still apply in their home country. But given OP's very unrealistic plan, and their own admission that they are not a genuine student but they just want to spin out their time in the UK, I expect a Student application made in their home country would fail on credibility anyway.
