Can i Open a Limited Company with Tier 2 General Work Visa

I am a Techie holding a Tier 2 visa and arrived from INDIA IN Feb 2019, I have right to work here in UK and also as per Right to Work i can do part time 20 hours per week in the same area of my job profile

Can I open a Limited Company and if i open does it have any adverse affect on my employment visa or further for ILR PROCESS

Also can i work as a Contractor and Bill the 20 Hours to my Limited Company .

Please suggest

You can register a company but you cannot work as a contractor and bill it to your company. it is illegal.
