Can my parents visit me in UK with a Business VISA?

Hi everyone,

I am an undergraduate student,studying in Liverpool and I am graduating in July 2014. My Dad lives in the United Arab Emirates
(UAE) and he has been issued a Business VISA to United Kingdom by the UAE Government on 03/04/2014 and his VISA expires on 03/10/2014. He has already visited UK in April 2014 for his Business purpose and he has returned to UAE after his visit. Can someone tell me if he can still visit me in UK for my convocation on July 2014 with his existing Business VISA as he has been allowed multiple entries on his VISA page?

In his VISA page,the following details are mentioned.

Number of Entries: MULT
Remarks: C - Visit - Business

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With all the fuss going on regarding NON-EU immigrants and visitors, it will be best for him to apply for a Visitors visa in order to attend your graduation..(just to be on the safe side) Better to be safe than sorry!

If they write to the British Embassy in UAE they will confirm that there is no seperate visa required as they hold a Class C which is dual purpose visit and business so they can use it for Visit also.
